What are we doing about Covid-19?2020-09-14T13:51:42-07:00

The spa will open at 10:00am. There will be 30 minutes between each appointment to avoid contact with other clients and to allow time to thoroughly clean the treatment rooms and common area before the next appointment.

When entering the spa lobby, please remove your shoes and place them in the shoe rack by the front door. Use either the reusable spa slippers or your own socks if you prefer. Your Esthetician or Massage Therapist will help you disinfect your whole body before entering the treatment rooms.

After completion of the service, the bedding will be replaced and treatment room will be thoroughly disinfected with alcohol and ultraviolet light prior to the arrival of the next guest. In addition, an air filtration and purification system has been installed to insure the air in the spa is as purified as possible.

To ensure you receive all the spa treatments you want, when you want, not only is advance booking suggested, it is highly recommended. Some treatments may not be available every day.

The estheticians at LC Spa are trained to customize each of our facial treatments for your particular skin type through skin analysis. This may mean that you do not receive the facial you booked but one rather more suited to your skin type.

Yes, packages are available for a majority of our services. Please see our brochure for pricing.

What is your cancellation policy?2020-09-11T16:51:50-07:00

Cancellations made within the 5 hour window of your scheduled appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service price or a $25 flat fee, whichever is of greater value. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 25% of the full price of the scheduled service or a $25 flat fee, whichever is of greater value. If your payment information is stored in our system, we will charge your card on the day of your missed appointment, otherwise the charge will be added to your total bill on your next scheduled appointment.

If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 30 minutes (unless having informed us you might be late), it will be construed by us that you are a “no-show”, and that time slot will automatically become available for someone else. Please note that should you arrive late for your treatment, your therapist may have to shorten the duration of your service so to not inconvenience other guests. Full rate would still apply in this instance.

We value the time of our clients and staff and have implanted this policy for this very reason. Missing an appointment without any notice causes loss in doing business with you but also potential business with other clients who would have otherwise been able to schedule an appointment for the same time slot.
Furthermore, some members of the staff work “on-call” and will travel to the spa specifically for your service. Because of this we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for lost revenue.

By scheduling an appointment with LC Spa, you agree to comply with our cancellation and late arrival policies set in place. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.

All spa guests must be 12 years or older to participate in spa services. Young clients between the ages of 12-17 may enjoy services such as teen facials, manicures, eyebrow waxing and eyelash extensions. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian and submit a signed consent form.

Please notify a spa professional before scheduling your appointment and they will suggest a plan that’s right for you.

Can I purchase the products used in my treatments?2020-09-11T16:57:49-07:00

Yes, we carry a full array of professional spa products, so you can duplicate the benefits at home. While not all products used during your treatment are available for purchase, we will do our best to find and recommend similar products or alternatives to continue your maintenance at home.

Shaving is recommended but please be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Arriving late may limit the time for your treatment. Depending on the length of your service, a late arrival may be classified as a “no-show”.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your service. This will allow you enough time to change into your robe and relax for a few minutes before your spa treatment begins.

Do you hold private events or parties?2020-09-11T17:03:14-07:00

Private events may be held at the spa for bridal showers, birthdays and other special events. We highly recommend booking at least 3 months in advance as events are held in the spa and closure of the facilities is necessary to be able to accommodate your party.
